Feston SEV Private Limited warrants its inverters against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of invoice, whichever occurs earlier, unless otherwise specified for a particular product model.

This warranty covers defects arising under normal operating conditions and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Feston will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or
• Replace the product with an equivalent or refurbished unit of equal performance.

Any repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

The warranty is valid only if:

• The inverter has been installed by a qualified installer following Feston's installation manual.
• The product has been operated within the specified electrical and environmental limits.
• The original serial number and warranty labels remain intact.
• The warranty claim is supported with the original purchase invoice.
• The inverter is registered on the Feston Care App (where applicable).

The warranty shall become void under any of the following conditions:

• Improper installation, commissioning, or wiring.
• Incorrect AC/DC polarity or loose electrical connections.
• Unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the inverter enclosure.
• Broken or tampered warranty seals or serial number labels.
• Damage during transportation or improper handling.
• Use of unauthorized accessories or incompatible batteries.
• Failure to install mandatory protection devices such as ACDB, DCDB, SPD, and proper earthing.
• Damage caused by water ingress, dust, insects, rodents, corrosion, or chemical exposure.
• Damage due to inadequate ventilation or overheating.
• Installation in direct sunlight without protection or exposure to rain.
• Lightning, power surges, fire, flood, earthquake, cyclone, or other natural disasters.
• Damage caused by operation beyond the specified voltage, current, or temperature limits.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects, scratches, fading, or discoloration.
• Products that have exceeded the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

• Products installed or used outside India (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Second-hand or resold products.
• Routine maintenance or preventive servicing.
• Consumable parts and external accessories.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of energy, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

To raise a warranty claim:

1. Contact your authorized Feston installer or dealer.
2. Submit the Complaint Request Form (CRF) along with:
   1. Purchase invoice
   2. Product serial number
   3. Error code (if available)
   4. Photographs or videos of the fault
3. Allow Feston technical support to perform remote diagnostics.
4. If approved, Feston will arrange repair or replacement according to its warranty policy.

Feston's liability under this Limited Warranty is restricted solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Feston shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of power generation, loss of business, or financial losses arising from product failure.

• Only genuine Feston products purchased through authorized distributors or dealers are eligible for warranty.
• Feston reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
• Feston may replace discontinued products with equivalent models of similar specifications.
• Warranty decisions made by Feston shall be final regarding product repair or replacement.
